Takashi Murakami'sThe 500 Arhats marked 14 years since his last large-scale exhibition in Japan. And now just a few months later he's unveiling his "Superflat Collection" at the Yokohama Museum of Art.
Starting January 30th, artwork from his personal collection that exemplify his unique "superflat philosophy" will be shown -and range from ancient to contemporary. Artists include: Yoshitomo Nara, Anselm Kiefer, Edo period works and more.
