The title of Super Future Kid's exhibition Early Light curated by Jean Claude Geraud (City of Talents) at Mozuku Gallery, Taiwan, is referring to a sunrise and the beginning of a new day, filled with potential for something good to happen. In this exhibition, the main character has taken one of many forms that the artist choses as her avatars, existing in surreal spaces and landscapes within her paintings.

The motifs in these paintings are visualizations of fragmented thoughts. They originated from memories made in her everyday life and dreams and now come back together like puzzle pieces of past and future stories.

Using a mixtures of refined and expressive marks and brushstrokes she creates a contrasting texture of calming and dynamic gestures that vibrate between the layers of acrylic and gouache paint, pastels, ink and puffs of airbrush. By creating playful representations of her painted objects as 3 dimensional sculptures, she bridges the gap between the parallel universe in her paintings with the reality of our world, as a reminder to follow your imagination.
