After making its debut at the Ogunquit Museum of American Art in Maine earlier this year, Anthony Cudahy: Spinneret travels to the Green Family Art Foundation in Dallas this fall and early winter. A spinneret is the silk-producing organ that spiders use to weave, or spin, their webs, and it makes sense in the context of the works of Cudahy, where he weaves a narrative that are all fragments of a whole life. In an upcoming Radio Juxtapoz podcast, Cudahy talks extensively about how this is relevant to him, how he is inspired and interested in stories. It's autobiographical and fantastical at the same time.
