If there was ever a duo to honor of the pioneering era of graffiti and breakdancing in the early 1980s, Brazilian twins OSGEMEOS are the torch bearers. For decades now, the two have created street and studio work that was just as much influenced by Subway Art and Wild Style as it was by Hieronymus Bosch, a singular universe of fantasy that channels their childhood in São Paulo with the world opened to them through graffiti and hip-hop. The Hirshhorn Museum will present OSGEMEOS: Endless Story as the first US museum survey and largest US exhibition to date, long overdue and the ripe time for a broader world audience to celebrate the twins. —Evan Pricco
